Secondary Palliative Care Consultancy service for health professionals – home, hospital, phone and clinic based consults incorporating advice for:

  • Community palliative care services, general practitioners, medical treating teams and other primary healthcare providers;
  • the management of complex symptoms, care planning, medication management and end of life care;
  • the management of end stage disease – malignant and non-malignant;
  • Palliative care education and training.
